What started as a random idea (here) seems to have taken on a life of its own - who da thunk?
This is the second self portrait with this theme completed in as many days, with a third partly done - I intend to stick to a series of three, to be viewed as a triptych.
I can't explain my recent, sudden fixation with octopi... but I'm really enjoying drawing these!

Really, really neat! The work almost delves in two different styles as the girl figure is more realistic, with beautiful shading by the way, and the Octopus seems almost cartoony! I never would have imagined See No Evil to be something quite like this- it's a refreashing piece to behold that's for sure! (:
